Sample menu for this week:

Monday:

Breakfast: 150 g of fresh cabbage, 1 glass of mineral water.
Lunch: 4 tablespoons cooked rice, salad of grated fresh carrots, dressed with olive oil, 1 glass of mineral water.
Dinner: 150 g of boiled fish, a slice of bread, green salad.

Tuesday:

Breakfast: rice porridge with milk, 1 glass of apple juice.
Lunch: 200 g of boiled fish, apple salad, pears, oranges, 1 glass of orange juice.
Dinner: 200 g of low-calorie roast meat, a slice of bread, 4 slices of lettuce, seasoned with lemon juice, 1 orange.

Lunch: 150 gr. Rice with pieces of fruit and 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 cup of mineral water.
Dinner: 150 g of boiled fish, 200 g of sea kale salad, a slice of bread, 1 glass of mineral water.
