We take care of our hair, we watch our diet, we use facial masks… but we don’t spend enough time on our feet and we don’t realize that it is one of the parts of the body that suffers the most every day. We help you with these simple steps.
Step 1: Clean and soak
If you have painted nails, remove the polish with a cotton ball and place your feet in a bowl of hot water for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2: cut and file
Gently dry your feet and trim your nails straight with a pair of scissors or nail clippers. Use a file to round the corners and prevent them from digging into the skin.
Step 3: Remove calluses
Remove the cuticles with a product that softens them. With the other end of the cuticle remover, clean the area under the nails. Next, we will remove the hardness with the help of a pumice stone. If you suffer from constant hardness, try using a specific cream for the area.
Step 4: Hydrate and massage
Probably the best of all. Put your feet back in warm water and wash them with soap to remove any residue that may have remained. Pat them dry and massage well with a moisturizer to nourish and soften them. To finish, relax and roll your feet in a warm, damp towel. To relax!
